  Carl was friendly. Nice equipment! Miles was a wealth of knowledge and quite pleasant. Thanks to the gals from Northern MI University for their awesome skills. Henry was an excellent guide-and he can scoot in that little kayak of his! It was a windy day and all 5 of them made sure we got back safely. Nice ride to and from Munising to the shoreline. Spray skirts on kayaks were a plus:-) I work at the University of Michigan hospital and I will be recommending them to my colleagues.

  Gave a very comprehensive training speech, shuttled us to the water in a bus, THEN declared the water unsafe for kayaking. I appreciate them doing their best to keep everyone safe i just wished they had called it a bit sooner so we didnt have to go through all that. I had no issues getting my refund, they were very easy to work with. Never actually got out on the water but ill try again next time!
